@amelieinnparis yeah, the reason why I don’t use them is because I read something about straining your joints, so I never thought they were worth it. but mine are just .5kg so I may try just once

@wellnessunday Ive noticed such a difference in my abs adding them to my ab workouts mine are 1kg i do think theres a caveat about form and the pressure on knees but i feel like you know all that 🤍
