@wellpoint Trying to get online registration, since they never sent my card, after numerous phone calls 4 1/2 hours of trying, they email me saying I'm registered with no member ID sent and still can't get in. Waiting since Feb 1st for information. I never.....zero star rating

The act of denial and abuse by #insurancecompanies @wellpoint, I'm paying the highest premium in the scanner company, and they're denying a simple medication. It's better not to have insurance. I'm not fighting them. I'll f.. ING dropping them🤬🤡

@wellpoint has CRAPPY #giftcards for reward redemption. Of the "whopping" 🙄 10 digital & 9 physical (mostly the SAME places) there is ONLY ONE located in my town. I'd have to travel 1-2hrs away to get to most of the other places, none of which I shop. 😡

@wellpoint is super screwed up lately. They denied my regular Dr appt that I have been going to for years and it's funny because the one that they denied was the one that they were supposed to pay rewards on that included my flu shot. Coincidence? I think not SMH

@wellpoint you guys suck. Idk how we got to the point that the insurance companies get to decide how many and what medication my kids can take but fuck you. You are the reason why we can't get out kid in for needed testing and the reason our kid suffers. So fuck you and fuck our Healthcare system.

@wellpoint , your customer support is horrible. My account was terminated in healthcare gov on request effective 24 Nov 2025 . I was charged 533+ $ on my cc for this month upon termination. The helpdesk was unhelpful in resolving nor did they allow to escalate. Refund the amount.
