@JakeSherman New warrant requirements are not lawful. Also, most illegals followed exactly ZERO of the USA's laws and processes when they infested the USA. They will be afforded the same level of "process" on their exit from the USA.

Johnson has just affirmatively said Congress cannot add new warrant requirements for federal immigration agents. So he has said that he will not mandate officers take masks off and is opposed to warrants for federal officers. Those are two of the three dem demands. The DHS CR, if passed today, expires in 10 days. Sounds like a deal is miles away.

@JDVance I'm to review the videos of this. I'm sure there's dozens of angles since those "angry mobs" of "domestic terrorists" video everything . While we wait for actual documentation of your claim, let's address the footage of your agents murdering Americans and you defending it...

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.

@PeteHegseth @ICEgov No one exists with 100% backing. The point of separate branches is checks and balances. Our system was founded on the belief that overreach would happen. It was designed to empower other parts to hold that in check. And then the Constitution establishes a mandate to do so.

@StephenM You do remember that you represent the "you'll never take my guns" party, right? I'm not sure how well that jives with the suggestion that local and state law enforcement should "surrender" to federal forces.

Only federal officers are upholding the law. Local and state police have been ordered to stand down and surrender.
