@Exsnookerpro @rossie7dj I did a Premier League night on the outskirts of Liverpool around 1999. Drove up, refereed 16 frames live on SkySports and drove home, all in a day (I was young then!). I remember at least four of the crew went home minus their car radios! Newport was as bad at the time though 🙈

@rossie7dj Thank you! My old mate, John Parrott, recommended a restaurant in the dock that I’ve booked, but the Georgian Quarter sounds great. We are leaving home at 10am for the drive up, but I’ll listen to you in the morning, as usual, while the Mrs takes 3 hours to get ready 🙈

@welshref Well Paul it’s a wonderful City with so much within, definitely a good walk around the Albert Dock , so much history, places like Hope St , Georgian Quarter including the 2 Cathedrals ,Castle St has a lovely vibe too , depends what food you like for Steak I like Meet Argentina 👌

This may well backfire spectacularly here but I think Danny Noppert is one of few right now who is more than capable of competing with and getting the better of Luke Littler in a match of this sort of distance. Deserves so much more credit.
