@SamsungUK Five weeks have passed since the original delivery date of 17th June, but no update has been offered as to why the goods haven't been dispatched. You are just the most recent offering the same advice, which is no help whatsoever.

If anyone's thinking of buying something from @SamsungUK don't bother. They take your money, don't deliver your goods and their customer service is diabolical. Lies and empty reassurances is all you'll get from them.

@SamsungUK @SamsungUK , my daughter spoke with them over a week ago. Empty promises but no revised delivery date. Waste of her time. Goods paid for on 9th June. Not delivered and no one telling her why or giving a revised delivery date. I was told on Friday that there is stock available!
