@Oktawus @tempesta_strega @PaladinRood Very true. My mother is 90 and has always been very active. She is naturally restless and always moving. She walks and moves much better than I do currently. I finally got the message and started moving more so she won't end up having to take care of me, lol!

@tempesta_strega @PaladinRood Giana, I disagree. Money helps but when you're older you notice it's irrelevant. Being active, staying slim matters more than anything than money can get you

@Castro9444 Only one way to find out--have him say, "Up your nose with a rubber hose!" Only then will we know if it's the real Travolta aka Vinnie Barbarino. 😂

John Travolta : Given what we've been told about clones from Pleiadian contact. We can logically conclude this is more than likely another clone fresh out the factory just like many other celebrities, politicians, athletes, tv host etc. This truth most are not ready to accept.

@wil_da_beast630 The CR movement should have been exclusively focused on changing laws to ensure no discrimination was allowed, and that's it. We never should have tried to force integration anywhere. Those efforts should have been put into building up more black schools like Dunbar everywhere.

A point I'm never going to back down from is that the First Waves of civil rights, feminist, and union activism were good. Like, it is a positive thing that you can vote if you're Mexican, go to college and/or play sports there as a Black guy, NOT get married at 12 as a girl, etc. Real image of the past below. Shout to our Great Hero Fathers...and Mothers.

@wenmill Yes, I would say so. The liquid protocols of wormwood/clove/walnut and liquid drop binders I have used for years worked by following the directions given for each. I would think whatever dosage instructions you have for your products are appropriate doses.

Started taking Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole around 7 weeks ago not because I was sick but because I had just been feeling 'off', like something just wasn't quite right. I had some bloating after meals, brain fog halfway through the day, not sleeping as well as I always had, and low energy. I genuinely thought this was just part of getting older or being stressed all the time. I honestly didn’t expect much from any of this. These are old compounds that most people barely talk about, but I had done a massive amount of research months ago on anti-parasitics. My stack has been 24mg Ivermectin and 500mg Mebendazole daily. The first 10 days, I barely noticed anything besides sleeping slightly better. Then around week 2, I started waking up before my alarm naturally. By week 3, the bloating was basically gone. Digestion feels cleaner, energy feels stable throughout the day and the brain fog I thought was just adulthood & stress noticeably improved. Could it all be a placebo? Maybe partially. But what really caught me off guard was that people around me started commenting that I looked more awake and refreshed before I even mentioned what I was taking. I’m not a doctor and I’m not telling anyone what to do. I just decided I wasn't going to accept feeling suboptimal as normal. I wanted to see if the health benefits of a yearly or twice yearly parasite cleanse was really all it is hyped up to be. And the results have been amazing. I genuinely think a lot of people have forgotten what feeling GOOD actually feels like. I buy meds from @pharmacyinusa

From a reader, for @gatewaypundit. ‘I am writing you urgently and directly, because I do not know how to reach the pertinent people via private message. I’m writing in regard to the stroke that Joe Hoft’s had yesterday, affecting the LEFT side of his brain. My husband (…) also suffered a stroke on the LEFT side of his head during open heart surgery (…) in L.A. October 30, 2018. For the next 3 days my husband’s RIGHT arm and right hand were paralyzed as a result. Even though my husband was in ICU for 10-12 days, and receiving VIP care, his paralysis was not improving. That is, UNTIL, 2 different Residents (our Fellows? Forgive me — I don’t know medical jargon) came by our room and whispered and to me in very low tones to look at the international studies, including 1 that is Australian (and maybe the other Canadian?) using Prozac to work that might work on my husband’s partial paralysis recovery. When I mentioned it to the head neurologist, he SCOFFED at the idea. However, I demanded it, even though I was always ANTI, anti-depressants! My husband was administered a moderate dose of Prozac and within 45 minutes he made a 95% recovery! I would NOT have believed it, had I not been there and seen it myself! I am now asking for your help and hoping that someone can get this information to Joe Hoft’s family, friends, or medical team ASAP.’ I have no opinion or knowledge about this of course, just passing it on.

@ElBoogie4u @ChicagoREDP It is. We always had treats available in my household, and yet I still put a little sugar on mine. I eat low carb now, so I don't eat them at all anymore, but if I did, I would still eat them the same way.

Sugar on grits is a sign of poverty because it shows that your family did not have disposable income for sweet treats. I learned that at Hampton University’s wealth and power university 301 class. It doesn’t matter how much money you have if your habit still show poverty.

The more I read the more disgusted and infuriated I become. The leftist narrative that black people were always just abused and victims of the worst racism ever is wrong. The leftist narrative that slavery built this country is wrong. The right wing narrative that black people didn’t make significant contributions to the building of this country is wrong. The right wing narrative that describes blacks as if they’re in some unique position of being just “farm equipment” is wrong. So much of the truth is buried underneath people’s selfish ambitions to paint the picture they want rather than a painting the picture that comes from an unbiased pursuit of the truth, but all this does is create more problems for everyone, including the people painting the pictures. And I challenge anyone who disagrees with me on this to try and prove me wrong. You can’t.

A Paradise for Parents@HalCranmer

I was having a text conversation with two of the cooks at my assisted living homes today. One of them broke this news to me. She decided to follow the keto diet that we provide to our residents. Funny how it’s only doctors who brag about the drugs they take. Regular people brag about putting in work and seeing results.

@rirokpik I don't know about the others, but African American's are specifically called that because they were robbed of any heritage. They don't know what country or tribe they came from. So their only ancestral identity is "from Africa" because slave owners didn't care to track it.
