A couple of weeks ago I was invited to make a few videos with Zac Dorne in his studio, Khanda Rooms. I've known Zac for years and he did a really wonderful job, so much so I thought I would post one here for you all. This is a new song I've been working on called, 'Little Audrey'

I don't know how to say this, but with great sadness and a very heavy heart it is Heather's Funeral tomorrow, Tuesday 4th March, Heather would want you all to raise a large glass of something strong to celebrate her life. x

Gary here. Don't know where to start. Heather is in ICU, since Sunday morning. I'm with her, she is VERY poorly. Having MRI scan of the head now. Had X-rays. It's bad. Had the consultants talk, not good. She looks bad! Crying my heart out!

@AnneLouiseAvery A friend in treatment for a long while & really struggling with tiredness has just started antidepressants - and is feeling slightly lifted by them. I have no idea if relevant but in his case it has given him a little energy back. Sharing in case it’s any use. With all love x

I am in so much pain - I am very grateful for the NHS, but am equally so fed up with cancer treatments. I've been having non-stop drugs and procedures since March 2022 and I've had enough. I just want to feel well for a while.
