Did you notice a trend? Gen Z and the younger generation are avoiding alcohol. I passed by a club recently. Mostly millennials and older people. Hardly any teens. The alcohol trend is fading. Instead, teenagers are more interested in trying and talking about coffee, matcha, new beverages, energy drinks, protein, health supplements, hydration drinks. This generation is more aware of what they consume. They know what they’re doing. Great signs.

@Mat_Jaket Kita meroyan dekat social bukan bermaksud kita senang dapat kerja. 2024 untuk 6 bulan i apply lebih dari 50 positions - dapat 1 call up saja. Aku tak post sbb rasa malu kalau orang tengok / potential employer audit social media. Lain orang lain cara.

Tak pernah aku dengar type C complain susah nak dapat kerja tapi type M paling ramai. Kat Threads tu siang dan malam type M mengadu stress dan struggle susah nak dapatkan kerja sampai masuk interview berkali-kali tapi masih tak dapat, kena reject dan tak ada kerja berbulan-bulan. Jadi, nampaklah kan sekarang job market kat Malaysia ni banyak menyebelahi siapa, lagi-lagi mnc. Setiap 10 job ads kat LinkedIn, 4-5 daripada semua tu nak Mandarin speaker atau third language speaker. BM dan English ni dah macam tak boleh pakai kat negara sendiri.
