The final result of that back and forth is a 50% off coupon? Why would I want to buy another frame when this is how it's supported? How is this an okay interaction with support?

I worked with support to fix that and following their steps exactly, confirming their instructions multiple times (namely ignoring the "don't unplug me" prompt), and now the frame no longer works and is stuck in a restart loop.

@nixplaycloud I'm confused. I contacted your support on December 23rd with a frame that would turn off as soon as it showed a video.
