🇩🇪 I know a lot of fans want Xabi Alonso but in my opinion if Liverpool want to return to high-intensity football with aggressive pressing structures and want somebody with experience at the top level than Julian Nagelsmann is your man. He’s doing a good job with Germany, and he developed some of the best pressing teams at Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. Jürgen Klopp seems to be a big fan of him as well. Always thought he was let go far too prematurely at Bayern. He won 71.4% of his games. Obviously, Alonso would be a solid choice, too. Just feel like Nagelsmann is better suited for a Klopp 2.0 style of play.

@BenBocsak We are a tough watch at the moment. Feels like when we score it’s then doing our best to hang on for 3 points. We are so pedestrian and never go after teams and destroy teams like Klopp’s teams would.

Despite what Arne Slot will say, his Liverpool side have shown no signs of improvement since the start of the season. Another abject performance.

@pennant83 @stephger1980 It’s crazy how last year Slot’s tactical switches at half time were game changers. To the extent that whatever the score was at half time, you always felt like we would win. Playing our best player this season is criminal. It seems like he has forgotten how to make subs.
