You have to love @Westpac who advertise online the opening hours of their branches, but when you get there, they close an hour earlier than online. Why can’t you have one branch open until 5pm now?

So I've trying calling, but unfortunately all your foreign call centres must be in the middle east because no one answer. Tried the app, they tell me to call. Tried social media, they tell me to call. Tried emailing a complaint again nothing! @Westpac #dogshit #Iran

@Westpac I don't know what to do anymore. I'm at my absolute wits end. I've reported fraud on my card, no one did anything about it, I reported it again, they got the details wrong and credited me a genuine purchase, told me to cut up my card and STILL the card seems active.
