I should just return everything and forget about Samsung. This has been a horrible experience. In total, with emails, texts + phone calls I am over 8 hours in and have NO REAL SOLUTION. Has anyone else ever been through this? Is this normal? #wth@SamsungUS@SamsungSupport
The solutions they offered: 1. I can repurchase the warranties bought at Point of Sale ($39.99-49.99) for around $500 EACH 2. I can return all items and re-purchase them for higher cost/add on their Care+ Warranty at my new Point of Sale 🥴😫 @SamsungUS@SamsungSupport
The Glitch: @Samsung It cancelled all my appliances warranties for all my products. They cannot be reinstated. Apparently, no one knows how to do it or their systems does not allow it.

I am having an absolute nightmare dealing @Samsung. I made my first big appliance purchase and chose all new Samsung appliances. I spent nearly $5k. After delivery, 4 months later, I was exchanging a product (for an UPGRADE) and their software system glitched. @SamsungSupport
I had one of the most horrendous customer service experiences with @SamsungSupport I was on the phone for over 4.5 hours as they "Accidentally Cancelled" all my NIB kitchen appliances Care+ packages I had... with no remedy. Just to return and repurchase ALL 5 APPLIANCES! WTF?!?!
