Meeting the 🇲🇼 president on any day, is really cool. Pitching to the president about the importance of early mental health intervention for young people in Malawi, and gifting him a manual you co-developed, is extra super duper cool!! #MLW #CREATOR #mh #adolescents #Malawi

@MamaTapoka I’ve done this before for my classes, to minimise guessing. If you don’t know the answer just leave it blank, that will be a 0. If you attempt and get it wrong -0.5. Well, people studied and performed quite well 😅. Ndinasiya koma.

@Sisi_Yemmie Deciding what to pack for my toddler who is a very picky eater

@Alakesh_Phy @PhDVoice The fact that you’re questioning whether it’s normal or not makes it a bit problematic. How do you personally feel about it? Are you okay with it? Do you feel suffocated? If you don’t mind it, I’d consider it normal.

@Sharon_N_ Have you been working a lot with little to no breaks? Sometimes it could be a sign of burn out. Do go for therapy though.

@wezimhango08 The clinics are just offering it. I haven’t seen any public communication either.

Moms who had to go study in another country and left your toddler behind with your spouse or family member, what was your experience? What made it easier or harder? @Momademia @PhDVoice
