Moment you may have forgotten about:
With about 40 seconds remaining in No. 5 Oregon’s 29-point win over No. 12 Liberty, referee Roger Ayers pretended to clean up a wet spot in order to allow Liberty’s JC Shirer Jr to check into the game.
Great moment
Before we head into our Spring coverage we wanted to give our thanks to several of you who made our Winter coverage so successful this year.
We want to express our sincerest gratitude for all of the coaches who took time out of their schedule to be a part of our Championship week broadcasts. Utah is so blessed to have some amazing coaches who not only love the game, but are also fully invested in helping all of their athletes achieve success on and off the court.
One of the reasons we have made it a priority to have coaches join us was that we wanted the state to see how fortunate and lucky we, as a state, are to have coaches who are truly invested in their program and community. They deserve a lot of recognition for helping grow the sport in every way which has led to Utah becoming more and more recognized as a state that developes high prospect athletes.
At times coaching can be thankless and faceless, but we hope you all have a chance to get to know them and see how passionate they are in coaching the incredible athletes this state has to offer.
