@AWSSupport Hi, we're getting regular Claude-3-Sonnet service errors this morning in EU-west-2. Is there any known service health issues that might be causing this?

@AWSSupport Ok thanks. As an example, one of our regular calls has a 30 second timeout. Of the successful calls, the longest one has taken 7 seconds whilst 25% of all calls are hitting the timeout. Would you know of any reason why some calls are getting stuck? This is new today
