10/15/25 FH vs Pembroke The Whitman-Hanson Panther Field Hockey team played at home against the Pembroke Titans and won 2-0.  Senior Forward Abby Nash scored mid-way through the first quarter off a a free hit from Senior midfielder Shannon Balfe. Nash scored again in the fourth quarter to put the Panthers up 2-0. Forwards Maeve Gavin, Paige Sampson, and Tessa Feeley played well creating multiple scoring opportunities and the entire defensive line was crucial to earning another shut-out. PL 3-7-1 Overall 5-8-1

Some great team wins tonight at Brockton with both JV & Varsity bringing home shutout wins! Goals by Kelsey C, Alayna L, Maeve G, Cami W, Abby N, Paige S, and Tessa F!! 🏑

The Whitman-Hanson Field Hockey Panthers played at home against the Hingham Harborwomen and lost 7-0.  The Harborwomen's impressive offense scored 2 goals in the first quarter and were able to get a third goal going into the half.  The Panthers were doing their best to hold off the highly skilled Hingham Forwards.  Senior Midfielder Shannon Balfe did her best to fend off offensive rushes and drive the ball down the field to her Panther forwards.  Junior Defender Sophey Cocio was standout on defense.  She carried many balls out of the defensive zone.  Junior Netminder Calliegh Vurpillatte made 25 saves, and some of them extinguished multiple scoring opportunities of the Harborwomen.   PL 1-4-0 Overall 1-4-1
