@_ema_nuel The most skilled at their element is Toph AND Katara. Let's remember that Aang won toph bc she's blind. Katara is more skilled than Aang also, she can heal, she can bloodbend and control all forms of water (ice, snow, etc), she also can generate water from her environment

How is Toph more skilled at her bending than Aang, who won against her in the ring in less than 3 minutes with just 1 airbending move??

@AFKYuumi @_spicychoco_ We are talking about power, aang won not because of power but tactic. He was floating all the time, something that Korra is able to do, and you could think "but she didn't" yes! She didn't but not because she can't, If not because of her impulsiveness.
