@santanderukhelp The business app is terrible.. so I use it via web browser. If I'm on WiFi, absolutely fine.. if I'm out and about.. just constantly goes round in circles.. sometimes you will log on, but click another link and your back to login page. Your services need an overhaul!

@santanderukhelp @philyoungme This is literally a massive issue. Can't log in with 4g/5g ever.. just takes back to login screen. Going to be taking our business elsewhere soon.. two years I have known this to happen and it's really grating on me now

@philyoungme Hi Phil, we aren't aware of any issues with our website. Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies or using both WiFi and 4g to try and access our website? ^GW

@Danwilliamsarts @facebook I had this same thing, even tho my personal FB wasn't hacked, it seems our business page has been taken over and we were removed as admins. Had no choice but to create another as Facebook are useless. I reckon they had a big security breach and aren't letting it out

@kevinhayesca @facebook @Meta Consider yourself lucky, we have had our admin rights removed, our page exists, but no admins and no way to claim the page. Absolutely ridiculous

It is also clear that @facebook/@meta’s tech has some major plumbing issues. It’s like someone hit “restore” on our business account from 2 months ago bringing back all these weird settings that we cleaned up.
