After examination with 🔬 at home, I think this #rust on #Euphorbia verrucosa is caused by #Uromyces excavatus - quite rare in France - here with teliospores (28-32 x 16-20 μm) larger than those of U. scutellatus (Dijon, FR). What are your thoughts on this specimen, @RPilze?

#Polydrusus prasinus on a leaf of #Berberis vulgaris infected by #Puccinia graminis (Val Suzon, FR).

First day of prospection near Dijon, Burgundy. Five years later, at the same site: impressive #rust on #Berberis vulgaris caused by #Puccinia arrhenatheri, here hyperparasitized by #Tuberculina sp., maybe T. persicina (Chenôve, France).

Fantastic diversity of shapes of #Puccinia graminis aecia, likely influenced by developmental stage, resistance level of #Berberis vulgaris, inoculum pressure, weather conditions at infection, and formae speciales (around Dijon, France). But can you identify the intruder? 🤔
