@bt_uk can anyone tell me how long the outage is going to take to fix in east London? Absolutely shoddy came back in my disabled aunts house and went straight off again?

@BritishTelecom regarding the huge outage in Hackney, my disabled aunt has no landline working therefore her safety button is not working in case she has a fall. It came back on then went back off again. Absolutely shoddy work from BT
