First, you have a tiny inkling of a thought. Do not let it develop too much, it is wrong. Then you act. Rapid iterations. So much volume that you're dizzy; it should not make sense, do not think too much. Try. Exhaust yourself. Be embarrassed. Then you stop. Disappear into quiet solitude. Retreat to study what you have done. Thoroughly. You have tinkered enough, do not act. Cover every angle. This is the most gruelling process. Your mind must be stretched. Progress will feel slow. Focus and visualise. There is nothing else. Your technique is polished in this pause. For mastery in all of its forms, this is the most pivotal step; and most never discipline themselves to do it. For them, mastery in anything is never achieved. For you, your Intellect and Will become one sense. Then you go again. You are so much better now. Your expression and form are efficient and smooth. Serene, calm, and gracious in all of your movements. But your progress appears before you as a violent burst. To others it will seem unbelievable. That is the difference.

refrain from indulging in the circle of concerns & gravitate towards the circle of control no gain is beneficial from concern that you have no control over

majority of the time I'm busy in my own world not really socialising online as I gain more insight from chilling with my own thoughts, conversations with people need balance, you don't gain nothing but a drained state of mind from useless convo, just like scrolling mindlessly...

you dont deserve a burial if you wasnt trying while alive, your corpse should be left on the pavement, delaying its decomposition the way u procrastinated while awake

be a sponge. soak up everything. talk to the stranger. read the random book. take the detour. say yes to the thing that makes no sense on paper. because you don’t know which random input is going to rearrange your whole understanding of what’s possible. you can’t predict which exposure changes your life so expose yourself to everything.

you wear your struggles like armor but armor’s heavy and it’s slowing you down. and at some point protection from accountability becomes a prison from possibility. the things that happened to you are real but they’re also in the past and you’re still here using them as permission to not show up fully today. staying small under the weight of what happened doesn’t honor what you survived. take it off and see how fast you can run.

your thoughts are mirrored to your habits and actions, any excuse your mind comes up with to justify your lack of progress is cope - there's unlimited opportunities yes, winning ain't easy but consistency increases chance

People love blaming the economy/algorithm/AI for their inability to succeed. But its important to remember that its you. And its always been you. The world will try to convince you otherwise, but don't fall for it. It's always you

“ The world is full of people suffering from the effects of their own unlived life. They become bitter, critical, or rigid, not because the world is cruel to them, but because they have betrayed their own inner possibilities. “
