Okay yall i have methane SIBO or something and i started my bulk today thank you for being here with me for my very unsuccesful cut that just left me w gut issues, my new goal is to be as humanly big as possible because my body intuitively wants to be 30% bodyfat.

I know theyre sick, and i hope they get better. But I just really like the authentic feeling of a real person doing it, because it feels like regular mukbangs are just like soulless, as if theyre not human and the calories dont count for them, ifykwim

this is probably a really weird take but i love the ed mukbangers on tiktok, chiara, eatmyfeelings, princesspeachlovesfood etcetc. Idk what it is w me but regular mukbangs are just boring. it feels more authentic and real when someone kinda like me does it yk

@m1lkylife I used to not count calories till i realized i was eating 1000 more than i thought i was, now i count calories. i dont log them, but i know exactly how many cals each meal has and i dont snack at all.
