@probonopd i guess the great thing about oss is that it's open source. be the change you want to see in the world. i'm personally fine with ibm's userland but i know everyone has an opinion.

@whimperedname Linux, the kernel, works well. The desktop userland pushed by IBM Red Hat? Is getting worse and worse by the day. Especially because they seem to take Android and iOS mobile devices as their north star, not Unix workstations.
