Look at the new 35-year-old Bowmore from Royal Mile Whiskies. It hit auctions in late February and immediately shot up to €1,238. March prices then dropped below €400. If you ignore the flipper hype, you're left with a highly rated, well-aged Bowmore. Are you a buyer at €400?

This Signatory Vintage Coastal hammered for just €410 in February. March auctions saw it jump to €480, with one bidder even pushing it to €550—actually passing the €530 retail price. Have you managed to try this one yet?

Remember a few years ago when getting any Daftmill at auction meant paying a massive premium? Things have definitely shifted. The 2020 Winter Batch just slid to €110, which is a steep discount from the €180 retail price.

€42,270 for a 24-year-old rye. That was the winning bid at Sotheby's just two months ago. Now, it's up for auction again in New York. Does the market actually support that €42k level a second time. What do you think it'll hammer for?

90 points. Sub-€300. Ardbeg 1991. 🥃 Keep an eye on the Old Malt Cask 18-year-old. We’ve been tracking this bottle's frequent appearances at auction, and it consistently hammers between €200 and €300. For a 1991 vintage with such high praise, this seems very fair.

This 1980s bottling from the "lost" Inverness distillery is an absolute ghost in our database—we only observed its first-ever trade last September, where it fetched €1,230 at Whisky Auctioneer EU. Now that a bottle has landed at Bonhams HK.
