Situational Awareness is the brain of Leopold's agentic system, full stop. Plugged it into one of my builds and the depth it hits is genuinely unreal. Every implication, thought through and fused into something that's basically a crystal ball. Can't even imagine what they've built internally. Probably 1,000x more powerful.

Everyone thinks the Musk story is about vision. It’s about capital structure. Software was a catapult. Cheap to build, upside compounding fast. He used it, Zip2 then PayPal, to fund the hard thing. It’s the only reason Tesla and SpaceX got through 2008. Bits launch you. Atoms test you. AI is the first thing that looks like software but bills like heavy industry. Training and inference burn power, silicon, and capital on a schedule that doesn’t care about your runway. The Musk move was arbitrage: build something cheap to fund something that wasn’t. AI removes it. There is no cheap side anymore. The catapult and the payload are the same machine. So the question isn’t a clever exit. It’s whether you own the compute or rent the thing that decides if you survive. Renting works until it doesn’t. Owning is a bet the furnace never cools.

Mild take but I don’t think agent unreliability is really an LLM problem anymore. It’s an orchestration problem. Your control loop is a tangle of retries, thresholds and try/excepts pretending to be a decision policy. There’s a new position paper making the case that this layer should just be Bayesian. Belief state over what’s going on, tool outputs as likelihoods, actions by expected utility. Feels right. The vibes era of agents could be ending.

Sure, fine, Anthropic’s at ~$900B and everyone wants to know if that beats OpenAI. But look at the numbers: $255B into AI startups in Q1, more than all of 2025, and two-thirds of it went to three companies. That’s the part worth caring about.

The AI assistant wars will be decided not by model quality but by which OS locks in agent-level permissions first. Gemini on Android is move one.

Everyone is asking: "Is Jane Street why Bitcoin isn't at $150k?" As expected, the answer is trickier than the question. But it's also more structurally unsettling than the conspiracy theory itself—and once you understand the actual mechanics, you won't be able to unsee them👇

The idea of BTC is most likely lost forever. Once Wall Street got access to the ETFs, the entire idea of limited supply disappeared. Could this still easily run to 1M? Of course. Will Wall Street be the one who decides when? You know it. We’re simply observers at this point.

Maybe Jane street purposefully drove BTC down and MSTR down with it… So they could increase shares in MSTR… While Saylor can scoop more BTC and lower his cost basis… Just a thought.

An AI agent storm is coming. Agent Smith in the matrix type storm. The one where they navigate the matrix better than humans. The digital world will be a playground for these agents. Good luck navigating it without a team of agents by your side.

This flight to gold will once again demonstrate the concept of counter party risk. Proof of reserves, paper gold, digitized gold (Tether) is a broken ledger waiting to show face. I understand the need for privacy but how can we quantify any balance sheet without verification.

Michael Saylor saved the Bitcoin bear market. We should’ve went way lower as liquidity tighten. Now that hard metals are running, it feels like Bitcoin is next. Low interest rates, high spending, hot economy… only seems right.

The Forbes cover piece mentions how I was emailing the SEC as a kid Here it is, October 2013. Little did I know... What people call an "overnight success" takes a decade. And still a looong way to go

If majority of the financial markets is dependent on the yen carry trade, then the system needs restructured. Cheap capital, large deficits, 50 year mortgages… when does it end. Extracting artificial yield from an over-levered system.

It only matters what the market thinks. Predicting what the market will eventually think is the goal. Just don’t liquidate yourself by being too early…

Over the past half century, stocks have not risen when measured in real money. Stocks appear to be rising—society appears to be getting wealthier—because the denominator in which their prices are measured (fiat USD) is continually debased. Price is going up because the money in which it's measured is dying. Arguably the greatest illusion in modern society. And one of the largest contributors to wealth disparity... for the wealthy on average benefit from this phenomenon, while the poor and middle class remain neutral or are harmed. The great promise of Bitcoin—its great and noble ambition—is that, some years from now, it will perhaps have healed the institution of money in our civilization.

Man. Don’t know how to explain it other than shock. Words cannot express the pain of this letdown. The frustration is unfathomable. I’ve worked my whole life to get to this moment and this is how it ends? Makes no sense. Now that I’ve gotten surgery, I wish I could count the number of times people will tell me I’m going to “come back stronger”. What a cliche lol, this shit sucks. My foot feels like dead weight fam. But what’s hurting most I think is my mind. Feel like I’m rambling, but I know this is something I’ll look back on when I’m through this, as something I’m proud I fought through. It feels good to let this shit out without y’all seeing the kid ugly cry. At 25, I’ve already learned that God never gives us more than we can handle. I know I’ll come out on the other side of this a better man and a better player. And honestly, right now, torn Achilles and all, I don’t regret it. I’d do it again, and again after that, to fight for this city and my brothers. For the chance to do something special. Indy, I’m sorry. If any fan base doesn’t deserve this, it’s y’all. But together we are going to fight like hell to get back to this very spot, and get over this hurdle. I don’t doubt for a second that y’all have my back, and I hope you guys know that I have yours. I think Kobe said it best when in this same situation. “There are far greater issues/challenges in the world then a torn achilles. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, find the silver lining and get to work with the same belief, same drive and same conviction as ever.” And that’s exactly right. I will do everything in my power to get back right. My journey to get to where I am today wasn’t by happenstance, I’ve pushed myself every day to be great. And I will continue to do just that. The most important part of this all, is that I’m grateful. I’m grateful for every single experience that’s led me here. I’m grateful for all the love from the hoop world. I don’t “have to” go through this, I get to go through this. I’m grateful for the road that lies ahead. Watch how I come back from this. So, give me some time, I’ll dust myself off and get right back to being the best version of Tyrese Haliburton. -0 Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."
