Hi again @SouthernRailUK just wanted to let you know that I'm on my return journey to #carshalton and again, it's a 5 coach train with no room to move. As a matter of courtesy to a paying customer, please can you just let me know why you've reduced the service so drastically.

You will force customers off your services entirely, and get an even worse reputation for service and reliability if you are unable to provide enough room for us, our children, luggage, bicycles etc. Please explain why. Thanks 2/2

Hi @SouthernRailUK - the #train #timetable changes from #carshalton are awful. There aren't enough trains and there aren't enough seats. 2 trains per hour to London today. The one I'm on has 5 carriages. It's packed, and very uncomfortable. Why have these changes occurred?1/2
