Im temporarily doing a customer service job for a laboratory. I take care of the blood and urine test appointments but occasionally someone calls for a different test. I couldnt quite hear this patients question, he said he was in a supermarket so there was alot of background -

@ilsemakesstuff I can tell you that a lot of people do it 😅 e.g. we do tests materials to look for bacteria and I remember when a man who was in bus, full of people, told me about how he has problems with his pee-pee and asked what tests he should do because tomorrow he plans to come to us
