with hypertext/IF poetry has anyone made poems where each word links to a new page, and so on, and so on? like a kind of fractal poem. needs a limited vocabulary, lol (or some kind of procedural generation engine i guess)

@lorenschmidt I did a bunch of mucking around with SDFs some years ago, and I swear I now use that knowledge like, every few weeks since. On a broad range of problems too.

@v21 @MaxKriegerVG While there's plenty of fancy stuff to i.e. facilitate the slicing mechanics, I Am Dead is fundamentally low-ish poly vertex coloured models rendered with simple un-lit materials. The core Look of the game is really all art direction + 3d modelling, not tech choices.

there's lots of talking about unity's mounting issues, yeah, but i guess the real question is "what realistic alternatives are there for shipping commercial games with stylized 3d graphics on a small team?"
