@LamarMK I would 100% trade up to a true family three row Tesla. The Suburban/Expedition equivalent sized three row. If Tesla made a vehicle that had sliding rear doors like a minivan, that would also break the internet. Families love minivans and how easy it is to get kids in and out.

A 7 seater Cyber SUV would break the internet. Three full rows. Real legroom. Real headroom. No compromises. Every family SUV on the market makes you choose. Space or safety. Tech or comfort. Tesla wouldn't make you pick. Built on the Cybertruck platform, this would be the safest family vehicle on the road. Tesla would have to build an entire new factory just to keep up with demand. Would you trade in your car for this?

People have been asking Tesla for years to build the perfect family SUV. Now Elon hints something cooler than a minivan is coming. Many are hoping it's a Cyber SUV built on the Cybertruck platform. Same durability. Same safety. Same futuristic design. If this is what we think it is, it's going to bring a whole new wave of customers to Tesla. Families want safety and reliability above everything else. This could be the one. Who else is ready to order theirs?

@niccruzpatane Thanks for sending this article. Glad to hear these newer generations actually have a realistic EPA range from the factory. Tesla should at least mention that after the first ~2 years it’s normal for lithium ion batteries to degrade 10-15% in capacity even with healthy charging.

The new Model Y AWD, in my opinion, is the best-value EV on the market, especially in places where AWD is more utilized. Nearly 300 miles of range, tons of space, comfortable, and can drive itself. $41,990 is a GREAT price.

Now that Autopilot is no longer standard on all Teslas, the new Model Y AWD that Tesla launched last night at $41,990 feels like a really good value. You’re saving $7k compared to the Model Y Premium AWD, versus the $5k gap between the Model Y RWD and Model Y Premium RWD. That $7k gap is large enough that I do think it'll push people to consider the Model Y AWD, something I didn't feel with the Model Y RWD. The 294 mile range is decent, and the 0-60mph time of 4.6s is the exact same as the Model Y Premium AWD.

@SawyerMerritt Stop acting as if EPA range is actually realistic, we all know it’s not. The estimated range is never the reality. So stop playing Tesla’s games, driving at highway speeds and after 15% battery degradation after 2 years the range will probably be 175-200 miles at highway speeds.
