In Judaism, "burnt offerings" (Olah) are not eaten by anyone because the Torah dictates that they must be entirely consumed by fire on the altar. This total burning represents complete, selfless submission and devotion to God, as every part of the sacrifice is given exclusively to the divine... Readers of the 5 books would have understood it to be burnt... Just like readers would have understood what kind of animals were sent in what pairings... Not that Noah had the law... It's funny you think he understood the law in clean unclean but not burnt offerings

Yes, I believe the two witnesses has happened. It's difficult since there isn't enough information given in Scripture to definitively exegete their identity. Futurists and preterists both have numerous theories as to what they represent. I believe I can build a convincing case for several possibilities, yet they all can't be true.
