@starpukka1 With PCTN yes. As far as I'm concerned it can only go up unless a bid doesn't come in, then its still good value. The bidders have to offer something better than it is currently, or everyone will just vote no.

@karenwi17092279 True but I bought PCTN because they were undervalued so I want most of that value back. Will be interesting to see what they come up with. Just hope it doesn't drag both SREI and LMP share prices down.

@whu32 yep but not sure #pctn shareholders will be that keen to get a nav swap at a similar discount 🤷‍♀️ would work for me as unfortunately i hold most of my #pctn in a taxable account so share swap would work best re cgt & happy to hold #lmp & #srei l/t

@starpukka1 Should be near or someone else will just under cut them. The question is at what discount do both SREI and LMP offer their shares in return. No good if its a straight swop between SREI and PCTN as i could just sell and buy myself. Bit of a head scratcher.

@karenwi17092279 Should be able to work a share ratio out that values PCTN near NAV then a sperate one for LMP. Would always prefer a cash bid but I think we would get nearer NAV with an all share bid.

@whu32 not sure how that works given the current #srei discount tho 🤷‍♀️

I would guess that means that #LMP are not going to bid for #SREI if they are teaming up to buy and divide up #PCTN.

@starpukka1 @karenwi17092279 I guess from my point of view, if nothing come of it, I wouldn't mine holding the shares. Maybe other wouldn't.

@starpukka1 @karenwi17092279 Think it definitely under the radar. Even a cash + shares bid should come in near 96-100p which is a good upside of 20%+. Just think people dont want to risk money in this market. The main point is the board want a deal so it's going to be higher than the current price.
