kalau korang kan, gaji sekarang da 5k Tetibe dapat offer gov, starting gaji 1.8k tapi tiap tahun ada kenaikan rm200 + elaun korang pegi ke ?

@whxtzluv @localrkyt Allowances are not great way to bridge the gap in pay disparity in any way shape or form. With allowances, this means that the company (in this case the Gov) gets away on not paying into your KWSP. Long term, you get shafted.

@literalhumanoid @localrkyt thats the basic. government servant have a lot of allowances which reduce “16 years to catch up”. As basic goes up, allowances too. Imbuhan raya, bantuan kerajaan, bantuan “khas”. but yeah agree to disagree

@localrkyt RM1,800 Basic + RM200 (Guaranteed Increment Yearly) 3200 / 200 = 16 You need 16 years to catch up in base salary. Nevermind the fact that most companies that would gladly start you at RM5,000 for seniority or expertise would have other add-on benefits. Fuck no.

@Lord_Vader_100 @localrkyt perlantikan mula mmg kontrak. lepas 3 tahun kontrak tamat boleh pilih nak teruskan carum kwsp atau pencen. takkan senang dan mudah untuk buang pencen. untuk masuh pencen, akta/struktur mesti lebih baik daripada pencen. sehingga kini pencen masih ada. tolong banyakkan bergaul

orang bandar punya cara bukan macam ni dik. rata rata aku jumpa yang buat hal dekat bandar ni memang bukan asal bandar maaf la cakap pls terima hakikat.
