@dvassallo We ARE that skilled. Doing a drivers license takes you 3-6 month and sets you back 2.500-3.500 € and at least 20 hours of Instructor assisted driving, city, cross-country and Autobahn. With at LEAST 130 km/h as minimum speed to be reached ;-)

Can someone explain to me what's the rationale of having no speed limit on German highways? How is this not massively endangering others? Not even F1 allows cars to have a 100mph difference. The 107% rule prevents cars that are 7% slower from competing, for safety reasons.

@rickyhewitt_dev how about starting on WEB ACCESS MANAGEMENT! If you are a web-developer, familiarize yourself with SAML and OAuth, read up on OKTA CIC/Auth0 (they have GRREAT developer resources) and then try to get into implementation projects,.. better than "real sec" imho

Thinking about starting to pursue the idea of a career in cybersecurity. Part of me is telling me that at 34 I'm too old to switch from web development to cybersecurity though(?). 😬 I have no degree, and have been unemployed for a few years. Although I do have 10+ years experience in web development, 2 of which were as part of an agency. Does anyone have advice? My plan so far is to start pursuing CompTIA & other cybersecurity related certs, but open to ideas.
