Dawson Creek and Tumbler Ridge hosted our team in the 2010 Olympic year boot camp.The last event was a scramble to the top of Tumbler Ridge. It's a beautiful quaint town. My heart hurts for the families of those lost and this community which always be forever special to me.

Oksana Baiul is more than an Olympic Champion. As a 16 year old she won the first ever gold medal at the 1994 Olympics for an independent Ukraine. I loved watching her. She is one of my favorite Olympic athletes of all time and I was so excited to meet her @wickfest
