This statement and the one from the JFA are way off the mark I would question any players that now chose to put a jersey on for this club.

@CraigArrowsmit5 Legally you are correct but as Carol points out they have been holding themselves out as the face of ownership. There is a difference between shs and the controlling mind of the company. It's not unusual for directors that have something to hide to use family on CH docs.

@CBuckley32720 @WilloAlan That's correct but very few directors have an adverse report filed against them by an IP. It's even more rare for the Insolvency Service to follow up it with actions. Therefore once banned it's a stain on your record and limits what you can do in future office appointments

@CraigArrowsmit5 Some people do their research and know who they are working for before signing a contract. This particular person has been banned by the insolvency service as Director before any player signed a contract.

@CraigArrowsmit5 The ownership pays the wages. Are you serious that people would be happy to take their wages knowing what we know ? To be honest, there was already plenty of public information to suggest signing a contract with them as the controlling minds would be problematic.

@wickers841 Why would you question any player that puts a jersey on for the club? Some are still contracted and will represent the club and themselves, not the ownership. That will remain the case if the ownership changes hands. The allegations have nothing to do with the football club

@wickers841 I haven’t seen anything bad directed at the staff or players or the fans, only the TWO who are currently being remanded in custody, and it’s not for me to judge them, that will happen in court. Historically based on the charges though they are looking at considerable sentences.

@MrCraigGray In what way is it disgraceful? Everyone is entitled to a fair legal process, no matter how dodgy they may have previously come across. The club can't just cease trading on the spot

Although they are spot on that verbal and online abuse is unacceptable it's a shame that Just Maldon not Tiptree weren't at all anti abuse when Barrie was abusing everybody on twitter. "Wanker Lol"
