Thanks to @wiftaus for the Pathways for Directors workshop tonight. Hearing many who've 'made it' honestly acknowledging in these weirder-than-ever times, self doubt attacks harder, is strangely reassuring. Then working through actionable moves all together is bolstering!

Judy Irola, who in 1995 was the 3rd woman invited to join the American Society of Cinematographers, has sadly passed due to complications from COVID. Judy was an educator, firebrand, and adamant that the ASC recruit more women. "There are women out there who need to be included."
