The 2003 Iraq war did not wreck the world’s economy… This is all on his back,” the Professor said. “He’s given Iran actual knowledge they did not have before — they can beat America. *KEWAJIBAN JOKOWI TUNJUKKAN IJAZAHNYA KE PUBLIK.* *Oleh : Muhammad Said Didu* *Publik berhak tahu keaslian ijazah Jokowi karena ijazah tersebut sudah sering digunakan untuk mendapatkan jabatan publik.* Kasus ijazah Joko Widodo mulai muncul tgl 3 Oktober 2022 saat Bambang Trimulyono mengajukan gugatan ijazah Joko Widodo yang digunakan pada Pilpres 2019. Atas gugatan tersebut malah berdampak pada Bambang Trimulyono dan Gus Nur yg dijatuhi hukuman 6 tahun dg tuduhan ujaran kebencian. Dari mulai kasus tersebut dan puluhan laporan dugaan ijazah palsu tersebut, jawaban Jokowi konsisten : 1) *pihak pelapor yang harus membuktikan tuduhannya.* 2) *saya hanya akan menunjukkan ijazah asli di pengadilan.* Padahal berkali-kali pengadilan tentang ijazah tersebut, Jokowi tidak pernah hadir. Ada kesalahan mendasar dari jawaban Jokowi tersebut karena yang diminta publik adalah *apakah saat Jokowi mendaftar untuk mendapatkan jabatan publik (Wakikota, Gubernur, dan Presiden) menggunakan persyaratan yang sah - termasuk ijazah ?* Karena Jokowi pernah menggunakan ijazah yang dimiliki sebagai syarat mendapatkan jabatan publik, maka ijazah tersebut menjadi “milik” publik (terbuka untuk publik). Berbeda jika Jokowi tidak pernah menggunakan ijazah tersebut untuk jawara publik maka publik tidak punya hak mengetahui keaslian ijazah Jokowi. Ijazah Jokowi menjadi milik publik (harus terbuka) untuk publik karena : 1) dokumen (ijazah) tersebut sudah menjadi dokumen negara karena sudah menjadi bagian administrasi negara saat digunakan untuk mendapatkan jabatan negara. 2) dengan ijazah tersebut Jokowi sudah mendapatkan gaji berbagai fasilitas dari uang rakyat sejak menjabat sampai sekarang sehingga seluruh rakyat berhak untuk mengetahui keaslian dan keberadaan ijazah tersebut. 3) dengan ijazah tersebut, Jokowi telah menggunakan pengaruhnya sehingga anaknya menjadi Wapres, Ketua Umum Partai, dan menantunya menjadi Gubernur serta pengaruh lainnya. Artinya Ijazah tersebut Jokowi mendapatkan jabatan yang sudah digunakan untuk banyak kepentingan dan keuntungan. *Kesimpulan :* 1) Tidak benar sikap Jokowi menganggap bahwa Ijazah yang dimiliki adalah milik pribadi yang tidak boleh dibuka karena ijazah tersebut sebenarnya sudah menjadi milik publik karena pernah digunakan untuk mendapatkan jabatan publik. 2) sesuai prinsip butir 1) tersebut, maka tuntutan rakyat agar Jokowi menunjukkan ijazahnya adalah hak rakyat. 3) karena Jokowi pernah menggunakan ijazahnya untuk mendapatkan jabatan publik maka *Jokowi berkewajiban menunjukkan ijazahnya ke publik.*

This is the opposite of what Israel wants us to do. To prevent Israel from pulling us deeper into this war, we must impose real restraint by limiting military aid to Israel.
