**HOLDING REPLY** Literally just got 10 mins before being whipped off for another scan. In now until at least Tuesday. Going to be fed via tube through nose. They are waiting for bloods to come back to do matching for blood transfusion . He only knows how much I know

Our school choir is to sing at Wells Cathedral Christmas concert (yay!) We're all quite new to this and don't have a staff pianist or any music specialists. Any recommendations for where we can get sheet music- we have to provide this- along with digital piano accompaniment?

The power of a song on your motivation at the gym. Ran the entire song at 11km/h, which for me is very good. But even more astounding, my pelvic floor stood up to the task 🏃🏼‍♀️💦🙈🤣
