second surgery went well ! had a rough day after, but she's bounced back a lot. kissy is going blind due to primary glaucoma. one of her eyes was unsalvageable, but the surgeries in her still functioning eye will hopefully retain her vision for a while. she will likely go completely blind at some point in her life, but i think it's better she sees for as long as possible. the recovery isn't painful but is long and requires a lot of attention. she is not seeing very well right now and needs extra assistance on top of medication 6 times a day. i'll do whatever is needed for her !! thank you all for your kind messages and support during this time ! 🩷
