Ben 10's ending being that Skurd stayed in the beginning of time means that the Omnitrix itself was the DNA source of the aliens in the universe. And since Ben's DNA replaced the Omnitrix's sample for human, that means every humans are based on Ben's DNA. Ben is the Adam.

@INulimnI I could be wrong, but I believe he has no other children other than Mark and Oliver. Viltrumite DNA makes it difficult for them to produce kids with powers from alien species. If Mark didn't get powers when he did, Nolan likely would have left Earth to try again elsewhere.
