Do you have the original soundtrack, of the hedgehog eating? It's far more important to hear (and nicer to listen to than this music).
If the hedgehog just visited once, for one night, hopefully she was coming for a top up.
But if you have seen her regularly please take her to a rescue urgently.
All hedgehogs should be in hibernation now, it's far too cold to be out. Only hedgehogs too sick or malnourished, or too small, aren't able to hibernate, so please take her to a good rescue (never a vet) for treatment.

The night temperatures are predicted to drop below freezing this week, and while most hedgehogs are safely hibernating, many are not.
Those born too late and still underweight, and those who are a little sickly, are still around, desperately searching for a kind garden that provides dry kitten food and ice-free water all winter.
Please let that be you.
