My research is titled ""Strengthening the wildlife forensic science tool-kit through the adoption of human-specific approaches to identification. " - basically investigating effective methods of retrieving human fingerprints and touch DNA from various trafficked animal specimens.

Big news: senior Customs Officer in Malaysia charged in connection with huge seizure of 1.8t pangolin scales The scales were found last July; the man is accused of leading a colleague to release the confiscated scales (that were awaiting legal disposal) to a third party in 2019.
