@drhafidzhasan U have to find the reason why u chose to do this in the first place. It took me 5 years instead of 4. Trust me I’ve thought of giving up more than once, but when u look back it’s all worth it. Hang in there buddy!

MOH trying to retain subspecialists by,u might have guess it right! By punitive action! Ok if you want us to send you for training, after 3 long years, if you go out of MOH, u need to pay us back rm700k & we dont give you ANY Extra allowance after your hardwork of subspeciaizing

It's essential to recognise that every trainee is different. Some are inspired & motivated by the opportunities & possibilities around them, while others are driven by the pressure to succeed. Each student needs a unique approach & guidance to help them reach their full potential

Happens to even non contract staff. Want to self fund subspec training but leave application was rejected. They just want things done THEIR way, the ONLY way. I had no choice but to resign, and only got to knew the results a week before my flight.

Contract Drs, it's never fair, 30 yrs ago as a contract Dr, I had to resign n self fund my Postgrad in UK, passed the exam, came back, re-employed as a Specialist but earning less than a Houseman, this Contract problem had been festering for 30 years Now.
