Ang aming Kwentong #LoveYouSoBad Blockscreening 101: *long post ahead* We were assigned sa Ayala Malls Trinoma with 440 seating capacity. Medyo tagilid pa kasi dedepende ang lahat 1st day sales ng LYSB. 😭 Thankfully, good 1st day sales and great reception, natuloy ang schedule for the 29th. We did brainstorming sa presyo ng tickets. Mahal ang cinema ticket at P420. "Same price ba with freebies? Mas mahal ba to cover costs? Paano naman yung hindi kaya ng budget pero gustong manood? Paano yung gusto isama buong pamilya at mga kaibigan pero walang ganun kalaking pambili?" That is why the team decided to shoulder more than 50% of the cost ng ticket+freebies. We prioritized lowering the ticket prices to give everyone a chance to see the movie at an affordable rate. Then, we had doubts. "Parang di natin kaya yung 100% seating capacity. Budget at interest wise. Baka mahirapan tayo ibenta? Baka walang bumili? Baka walang manood?" We initially settled sa 50% seating capacity at 220. Todo promote sa lahat ng social media platforms, umaga, gabi, madaling araw. Sasagutin lahat ng nag-iinquire. Na-accuse pa kami na baka scammers dahil sa murang presyo. 😢 And for some reason laging sumosobra per batch. 220 became 250. We pushed for 300. "Sige baka kakayanin pa naman." And before we knew it, naging 350. Tapos sumobra na naman 355. Pero baka masagad na kami sa budget (dahil ang dami pang kailangan bilhin at iprepare). Kaya 2 days before, nag-usap kami ng @willcactus_ team "Ano isagad na natin with our own budget? To cover kahit additional 45 seats? Para 400 na." And they agreed. We signed the contract. Fortunately, madami talagang willing bumili, from the catchers, friends, families at casual viewers! At napuno na ang 400 seats. We were already happy and grateful pero parang kulang. "Ayaw ba natin ng full seating capacity? FULL HOUSE para kay Will and Bianca." @willcactus_ funds kaya mo pa ba isagad? Kaya shoutout sa aming Treasurer and Auditor (love namin kayo! 🫶) na nagbigay ng go signal na SIGE ALL OUT TAYO KAYA PA NATIN YAN. FULL SEATING CAPACITY NA NATIN! Kaya 1 day before we added additional seats to make it 440/440! Kaya we are beyond grateful sa lahat ng sumama sa amin manood during the BS. 🙏 The process behind it was very tedious and tough. At di naman kami laging nag-hahandle ng events. Kaya for our lapses, we are deeply sorry but for your tolerance of those lapses, we are thankful. 🥺🙏 We were touched to see the audience. We were happy to see a full show lalo na at 1st block screening ang collab team namin. At mukhang di naman yata kami napahiya. Kaya maraming salamat! the final DENG 🛎️ DENG 🛎️! we started this account simply to support will and bianca in every voting poll they had. it was never about seeking appreciation, only love and genuine support for their careers. however, over the past few days, things have started to feel unclear. cactus only became official when people asked it to be. from a very messy gdm, the difficulty of backreads, to eventually becoming an organized voting team, everything came together slowly. there were many issues along the way. some were dragged, scattered, and even generalized, even when we were NOT INVOLVED. thankfully, all of these were eventually debunked. despite everything, the team endured it all financially, emotionally, and even physically. but everything has its ending. this account was never official to begin with. since i stepped down as head admin, @qpcutiee (the recent head), together with the officers, gie, hue, zxiopao, anne, sleepy, nacht, elly, aj, ynah, brits, stella, and nikki, handled the votings exceptionally well. they won multiple polls by reminding more than 20 gdms hourly and by organizing ways to earn votes. the effort they poured into this was beyond words. to all the members, i have been with you since the beginning, and i have always said that i would choose you. i started this, so i will also be the one to close this chapter. cactus will officially be closed as willca’s voting team, simply because we are choosing ourselves first and life outside stan twitter. there are no regrets, only memories, and i will forever cherish them. if this is where it ends, then i am grateful it ended with all of you. thank you for turning effort into memories and strangers into something that felt like home. — Eli
