@AmericanAir flight 1524 delayed for 7 hours. This is not acceptable. Find another plane!

I think it’s hilarious that the pilots o. This AA flight were called “the front end crew” by the flight attendants - also known as the “back end crew.” 😂

@CLTAirport needs to fix the screening process. Too many people with too few screening checkpoints. The line to be screened literally spans the entire length of the terminal.
