this is EXACTLY what Miller did. Arguing he didn’t know he was going to commit murder seems absurd considering he brought him a loaded gun at 1:30 AM in Tuscaloosa, AL. Although Darius texted him, BM would have been with the principal offender, Davis, when he arrived.

@WillGriff In the interest of ending this thread, it’s very possible he is completely innocent and he’s just that dumb to not know what was going on. However, I personally feel like there is an overwhelming amount of facts and context that lead otherwise.

@str8from_DaHart I am not at all saying that miles and his Davis used the gun in self defense. Davis murdered that women and deserves everything coming to him. I’m saying you can assume what Brandon thought miles was going to use the gun for

@WillGriff There was no imminent harm. You can’t claim self defense. When they retrieved the gun, they weren’t being held at gun point. Dude was in his car and the guy shot him point blank. They could have just as easily gotten in the car and left with Miller.

@str8from_DaHart First, Miles wasn’t the one who shot them. Second, You better know damn well someone is knew about a murder too before charging them with being an accomplice.

@WillGriff You better be positive they have a gun before you shoot them point blank while they are in the car. He also said it could’ve been food from quick grill but couldn’t tell. Need to have affirmative knowledge that he has it before you start unloading.

@WillGriff The evidence IS that it is reasonably foreseeable. He was the proximate and actual cause of her death. Prior convictions doesn’t really play a part when overwhelming amount of context supports that his bringing of the gun to these ppl was the cause of her death.
