But in this case, assuming this guy has two priors, the most serious thing he can possibly be charged with is a Class 2 Aggravated DUI. Even if bond is set high, there would be a motion for bond modification and he’d be out in 2 weeks.

If found unfit, a person will be confined to state or federal facility until such time as they’re deemed to be fit to stand trial. If they can’t be rehabilitated, they will continue to be institutionalized
