I saw price respecting bearish gaps and i jumped in, so bad, then didn't stick to my BREAKEVEN, no clue what happened today just traded like an idiot, will never happen again, might take tomorrow off to rethink.

Honestly this was just a fomo trade, plain and simple, so bad from and down 1.2% across accounts, there was a judas swing at open into a 15min FVG and a 2minIFVG out of for a perfect 1 to 1 and i didn't take as i hesitated, then fomo into these short.

BE even day for me RDM SMT RSMT 1min IFVG BE first internal high. will be on for PM and still looking into gold volumes so lets see how that goes.

I’m back, took some time off trading console personal things and I didn’t want to go into the markets with bad mental. Had a $6k payout declined which messed with my head. So I’m officially back to trading next week Monday and journaling everything. Let’s get it.

How i lost 0.5% on Wednesday DOL - 4H highs 15 min retrace 5min IFVG Lost

What I would have taken today DOL - NWOG Prices opened into a 1H FVG and took a 2min IFVG targeting DOL, we also had SMT with ES at the lows I didn’t take this as my broker was down today not sure why But a good 4.21 rr

@mikoaodu 100% man But what I do is I get my journals out and write down my model and again, the rules ab what to look for, then I say stick to plan, my back tested data is real and accurate so I can continue to maintain discipline and trade my model

@williamfergy Solid Out of curiosity, when you’ve had 3–4 losses in a row in the past, has discipline ever felt thinner than usual?

The reason I post It’s to hold my self accountable for what I do in my trading journey. I’ve struggled a lot already and I want it to be worth it. So I will post when I break rules and I’m stupid and I will post when I follow rules and get rewarded I love the journey.

@mikoaodu My discipline to follow structure I have my rules, losses will come but I know my model wins, so me being disciplined is what happens before, posting is what allows me to look back and review mistakes and wins

How I lost $318 today Two RDM Not the best setups in my opinion But risked was managed and lossy 3 trades only down 0.7 % so glad about that But good setups rules followed we go again tomorrow I did want shorts from the 1 hour gap but closed that trade.
