@DOBrienATL I don’t know. Many thought the DH rule was initially ridiculous too. It has arguably made the game better and more exciting. 50 years from now, who knows what people will think of this happens.

That Golden At-Bat idea is the worst possible rule change I’ve ever heard seriously mentioned by the commissioner of any sport, not just baseball. Remarkable that they’re actually serious about it. That’s Savannah Bananas exhibition-ball circus bullshit.
