@E19177 I'm on board if you're moaning about the ticket price. Fair enough. Not ok board if you're moaning about entertainment value. Can't have a 4-2 Denmark type game every time. It's a friendly at the end of the club season. What did you expect? Maybe chill out a wee bit.

@theobanjambo @BarryAnderson_ Aye. I think halkett has to be in that squad. You'd understand if there was lots of quality keeping him out, but there's not
English

@BarryAnderson_ Not a single player in that squad on top form, several hardly kicked a ball in 2026! Slim pickings

Good to see Findlay Curtis in the Scotland squad and Nathan Patterson recalled. Grant Hanley hasn't played for six weeks. Dom Hyam called up over Hearts CB Craig Halkett. Two important games against Japan and Ivory Coast ahead of the World Cup.

@chris_sutton73 You are an inspiration Chris. For anyone who wants to make money from punditry or commentary. Just say the stupidity things and try to wind folk up and do it consistently and you can make it. Hope for everyone!
English

@StevieBhoy1985 Both sets are morons. Exactly same thing would happen if rangers fans ran on to park head.
English

@chris_sutton73 What a silly thing to come away with. Most normal pundits just deal with that sort of situation in sensible manner, but you can't hide your petty nonsense. Gets you a few clicks though.
English

@KemiBadenoch Do you think they were all ready with their Remember Iraq mistakes headlines if he had just jumped in?
English

Yesterday some in the Labour Party were saying I should have supported Keir Starmer. These two headlines show exactly why I didn’t.
Starmer’s inaction is making Britain look weak and angering our closest allies. Even worse, it seems he’s doing it because of his party’s interest, not the national interest.
As I told Labour MPs yesterday, we are in this war whether they like it or not. We should be taking the necessary steps to stop further attacks on British bases and service personnel. Defensive action is simply not enough.

English

@afneil Ow has he picked a fight with him? You,along with the rest of the media and politicians would have just diverted your argument towards illegal war etc if he had dived straight in with trump. Should he just go along with what the Americans are doing right now?
English

ANDREW NEIL: Starmer has picked a fight with our most important ally at a time of grave global peril and a hollowed out British military. It was a stupid thing to do.

@DcbhoyDanny Nah. It's maybe onside. It's very tight. But it's just the fact everyone watching can see they're not using var properly. The mix of poor officials and poor camera angles or operating of the cameras means it's not being used properly. I'm fairly sure most Scottish fans agree.
English

@EdwardJDavey Were you also asking to see his magic wand. Honestly wonder what people like you would expect if you got in to power? You'd have to deal with the disasters then and you'd be getting asked questions on positions you've been forced into that are nearly impossible to fix.
English

@PeterStefanovi2 She would have looked alot better and more serious if she had been decent and agreed with the prime ministers handling of trump and this war. But we all know if he had taken a different path, she would have just turned her argument around to suit. Absolutely zero integrity.
English

@LizJarvisUK Absolute embarrassment. The whole thing was. Is it any wonder the public have such a low opinion of politicians in this country
English

I was in the Chamber for PMQs and this was a woeful performance from Kemi Badenoch. Instead of trying to get clarity on key issues she resorted to childish insults and showed she’s hugely out of step with the British public on Trump’s illegal war.

Sir Keir Starmer has hit back at Kemi Badenoch's criticism of his response to the ongoing war in the Middle East. The Conservative leader accused the prime minister of "prioritising his job security over our national security".
